Today’s socially conscious buyers shy away from wood serving dishes and kitchenware because traditionally these products come contribute to deforestation, but we hold ourselves to the utmost standard of sustainability and quality.

The wood used to create our collection of beautiful olive wood dishes and baskets comes from Tunisian olive trees that have reached the end of their productive lives. Traditionally farmers remove these non-productive olive trees to make room for new ones to grow, but we are able to breathe new life into these dying trees with our masterfully handcrafted kitchenware. Harvesting these trees for wood actually benefits the forests rather than harms them and provides high quality, durable non-porous olive wood.
